As a successful personal injury attorney in a Missouri family firm spanning more than 60 years in service, John sees Missouri’s medical marijuana program as an opportunity to continue the corporate and civic path his father blazed for decades before him. He is committed to addressing the kinds of long-term pain he has seen clients suffer – without the use of opioids. Using his ties to St. Louis, Kansas City, the Ozarks, and Western Missouri, John has built an all-star team of Missouri business professionals, cannabis experts and strategic advisors to position Blue Arrow as a leader in the emerging cannabis marketplace.

Dan brings 34 years with the City of St. Louis Police Department to Missouri’s cannabis industry, giving Blue Arrow a definite edge in its ability to offer safe and secure environments. He retired with the rank of Major responsible for overseeing close to 700 officers and offers an approach to facility security; law enforcement relationships and close community ties will set a new gold standard for the industry statewide.

Gregg brings Blue Arrow a winning combination of California MMJ experience and Missouri business acumen. After selling his Missouri-based multi-million dollar nonwoven business in 2014, Gregg began applying his refined, trial-by-error lessons to the burgeoning marijuana industry and opened his 5,000 sf, vertically integrated operation in Cathedral City, CA.

Zach’s 20+ years in the investigative and security industry and government counter-intelligence give him an unparalleled understanding of people and how they operate. Chief Financial Officer
Chris is a Consultant, Managing Partner, and co-founder of Avail Professional Services specializing in financial and accounting integration and implementation. His projects include work in areas such as financial modeling, budgeting, working capital management, and capital structure. Chris has worked in consulting for 18 years helping clients understand difficult business situations with individualized solutions and integrations. He simultaneously worked in the academe doing research in such areas as IPOs, carveouts, repurchases, return on capital, market-disrupting events, and public finance.
SARA GULICKSON
Chief Strategist
Sara is a cannabis entrepreneur and multi-state medical marijuana license holder. A leading executive, she has been actively involved in the industry for nearly a decade. Sara believes it is her duty to help the industry evolve successfully and has assisted in the development of regulatory frameworks and cannabis application processes in the United States, Canada, Europe, and New Zealand.
