Venturing as an owner/operator in the Colorado cannabis sector since 2010, his entrepreneurial prowess is evident, having successfully scaled multiple cannabis companies to their exit. Currently at the helm of three cultivation enterprises, one retail establishment, and a manufacturing operation, Ryan’s vast operational acumen positions him as a paramount figure capable of steering a vertically integrated team to triumph, even in the most challenging markets like Colorado.

Serving as the Director of Sales for Wyld in Colorado from 2020 to 2023, Ric’s acumen is showcased in his significant contributions to the creation of product lines, encompassing gummies, pre-rolls, prepackaged flower, and concentrate lines. His comprehensive grasp of the industry’s intricacies, combined with his leadership in sales, cements his standing as a preeminent figure in the cannabis domain .

Drielle Webster, with over a decade of expertise in the cannabis sector, is a stalwart in everything from Seed to Sale tracking in cultivation management to directing operations of an edible manufacturing enterprise. Her vast proficiency encompasses concentrate MIP processes, streamlining logistics across states, and spearheading facility buildouts from inspections to licensing. With ten years dedicated to METRC enhancement and pivotal collaborations with brands like lncredibles, Ms. Webster’s commitment is further accentuated by her initiatives in medicinal cannabis sponsorship and her establishment of social equity programs. Currently, she serves as the Director of Compliance for Azara Solutions, Inc., and is instrumental in expanding the reach of CannaLearnOnline, driving its evolution alongside a formidable partnership that spans multiple states.

Zach’s 20+ years in the investigative and security industry and government counter-intelligence give him an unparalleled understanding of people and how they operate. Chris is a Consultant, Managing Partner, and co-founder of Avail Professional Services specializing in financial and accounting integration and implementation. His projects include work in areas such as financial modeling, budgeting, working capital management, and capital structure. Chris has worked in consulting for 18 years helping clients understand difficult business situations with individualized solutions and integrations. He simultaneously worked in the academe doing research in such areas as IPOs, carveouts, repurchases, return on capital, market-disrupting events, and public finance.
